Just curious what you folks consider a reasonable amount to be able to live "comfortably" in Spain? By comfortable, I don't mean lavish, I just mean you can enjoy yourself and not feel like you have to count every euro. I know it will vary based on which city and your lifestyle generally. Assuming two adults in Madrid, and having to pay utilities, rent in a decent building (maybe two bedrooms), near the center, and being able to eat out a couple times a week (nothing fancy) what do you think a couple needs to earn net?

you take the min wage and double it, so about 1800 euros per person.

and with salaries there is always taxes.Although according to Coface and many in Spain, the country is rebounding a bit better than say Italy.
