I've lived in Madrid for 3 years now and cook steaks often at home. At El Corte Ingles or other super mercados I can only buy HP sauce and Jack Daniels sauces.

Anyone know where I can buy A1 steak sauce?

I forgot to bring some home from my trip to the US last Dec. Bummer...

I dont think they sell the bottles, but a couple of years ago we were at the Hard Rock Cafe (Paseo de la Castellana, 2) and they had A1 sauce. They had the little bottles, so go there, order a burger and steal a bunch of them, lol.

Ok I HAVE seen A1 sauce available in El Corte Ingles .. My local store was Goya , but i'm pretty sure this would have been in the Serrano branch . That would make sense as it's so near to the US embassy building .

Seems to me I saw it for sale at the VIPs stores, particularly at the one in the Plaza de los Cubos/Plaza España, but I can't be 100% positive. Wherever you get it, be prepared to pay an-arm-and-a-leg for it.

Wow! Thanks, gang! I should have come to you guys years ago. hahaha... I have a relative coming in June and will be bringing me some, but it's too long of a wait.

I found a website that I could order it from (based in France, I believe), but with shipping it would average about 11 euros a bottle.

You know what? Now that I think about it, I believe they sell it at my local Carrefour Market supermarket. These are the smaller supermarket in neighborhoods as opposed to the superstores on the outskirts of the city. Next time I go by I'll take a look. Might be tomorrow, in fact.

hahaha yes that site for American products is way expensive, so are philadelphia cream cheese in paris, hehehe/

El Corte Ingles (Goya and Sol) do not have it. Lot of other sauces, but no A1.

I ended up going to Sabores del Mundo and buying one for 8.50euros. Expensive, but that's just the way the cookie crumbles. Good to know that it's there if I need it:).

I checked today and they did NOT have the A1 Steak Sauce at my local Carrefour Market. Sorry! They did have Worcestershire sauce, however.
