Merry Christmas - Feliz Navidad to MadridMan, his family, all the MadridMan forum members and their family too!

Another year I am still here and Christmas came early for me this year when I visited Madrid/Barcelona again.

Hopefully those who want to visit Spain will do so next year. Well those are my plans (goals) for next year.

Although I'm thankful for everything I've had this year, I wouldn't mind being prosperous enough next year to afford another trip to Madrid.

I sent a Tienda.com "goody basket" of Spanish foods to my parents this year - just as I've done every year since moving to Madrid 6 years ago. The basket included a bunch of things I didn't already take them during my November visit (which was A LOT!). They especially liked the manchego cheese, but also the white beans and lentils.

as a note the weather in England is quite pleasant at the moment on wednesday it was positively spring like long may it continue
