Well, the April visit to Spain is finally coming together. We'll be driving quite a bit, staying at 14 different hotels over the course of about 18 days. Keeping the reservations collated is a serious job. I've put together a small binder with a divider for each day. Then it's the hotel, the things I'd prefer to do, some alternatives, and a few other details all kept together.
This will also help me reconstruct the trip with photos, video, and such later. I want to put together a nice presentation for blogging and some articles that are planned.
Anyone have a better way to keep track of all this?
