I was at Hostel Toledano for two nights summer of 2000. I found it to be stuffy, hot, depressing, noisy (our room overlooked La Rambla). There was no air conditioning. I wouldn't stay there again. Do a search on this thread--I think there have been a few good recommendations for Barcelona hotels/ hostels. Good luck.

Does this Hostal Toledano in Barcelona have a website? If so, I'd like to include it to the Barcelona Hostels page along with the others. (note that I've inserted links to two of the three hostels listed above)

Do you possibly mean the HOTEL Toledano in Barcelona or its adjoining Hosatal Residencia Capitol ?
