I'm planning on going to Spain over the summer for about a month and was looking into renting an apartment for the duration of my stay. I found apartamentos puerta del sol http://www.apartamentospuertadelsol.com on the MadridMan website and was wondering if anyone had ever rented through them. The one I was looking at was on Calle Cadiz, 3 in sol. I've been to sol before but don't recall where that particular street is at, is that a decent area?

What worries me about the company is this: I emailed them and when they replied they gave me a number to call that appears to be a cell phone number as it isn't preceded by the normal 91 code for madrid. That got me thinking that maybe they had no office. Has anyone ever rented through them that could tell me how it went?
