jlnastal Member Registered: 06/12/05 Posts: 35 Loc: Madrid	Hi all, I am leaving Madrid (boo) at the end of June. I currently live with 2 other graduate students and we are all looking to either sublet the apartment for July and August or to have someone take over the lease. The apartment is at Islas Filipinas. 3BR, 1 bathroom (with a giant tub in which one can actually shower and take a bath!), living/dining room, porch, full kitchen. There's no AC (it's Madrid, after all) but with the windows, there's a great breeze that goes through the apartment. Rent is 433 euro/bedroom.
