Chrissiij, I'd love to meet you too but'll it'll likely have to wait until a later date. I'm pretty sure I won't be there in July but you never know. I'm SURE you'll all have a GREAT time!

Eddie, I am not sure where to start off. I am thinking somewhere more obvious, like Calle Mayor, which allows easy drunken access to Santa Ana.
Hmmm.....any ideas, anyone?
If all fails, we can go with Moores or Fontana de Oro??

Doña Carmen (aka Booklady): I missed your post the first time thru July 16! A wonderful day for Carmen's all around! In 2003 I watched the parade of boats along the river from the roof of the Hotel Santa Maria in el Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz), Domicilio de Bodegas Osborne. It was 16 Jul., Fiesta de la Virgen de Carmen, Patrona de Pescadores (y Marineros). BTW How does an Andaluz pronounce Pescador?
