Bancotel coupons can be purchased individually in Pamplona from many travel agents. Is this not so elsewhere?

btw, for the poster who asked: Bancotel checks are vouchers that can be used to buy hotel nights at wwww.bancotel.com. I highly reccommend checking this site if you want hotel rooms for reasonable prices. I have read many good reports here as well as other sites and had a great experience my last time using them
