This place, Hostal Descalzos, (website@ http://www.hostaldescalzos.com ) is wonderful and has a gorgeous view of the Tajo River and the San Martín Bridge. It is well located on the south end of the old town. Our flight to Spain was cancelled the first day and arrived late the next day, but they saved our room for us and did not charge us for the night we missed.

I have stayed here several times in the past and look forward to returning to visit again next spring!!!!
