- open space (main space should have at least 200m2)
- plumbing for toilet
- lots of windows, lots of light
- located in central madrid
- price up to e3000

Can be any condition - raw to luxury conversion or anywhere in between.

Will pay a e500 reward for successful locating and renting of such a space.
