A friend and I are headed to Zaragoza next weekend and are looking for recommendations on where to stay. I've searched the archives and found only one recommendation. Can anyone help?

I'm new to the board but not to Spain. I lived there for 2 1/2 years (a year in Sevilla, the rest in Madrid). I have been back in the states for more than 10 and this is my first trip back since then (way too long!)

Here is the link to the website of the city hall (ayuntamiento), they have a huge list of hotels and "hostales" under the link for Accomodations. The rest of the site is quite useful too.

Hope you have a great time on my city!!

I was in Zaragoza with friends back in May and I have come to love this wonderful city. I cannot tell you of a place to stay but I would like to recommend for you to visit the "TEATRO CAESARAUGUSTA" I was so impressed with the presentation of this great side. A Pity that Rome cannot do a presentation like that of its great place. In any case enjoy this great city. Just like Madrid I hope to return soon.

Hi!
No, I'm not in Zaragoza, I live in Charlotte, NC. The hubby and I just came back from a short vacation (boy, I do miss my month vacation!!!) a couple weeks ago. We went to Zaragoza to one of my friend's wedding and to spend some time with the family.
Starprotected, are you from there?
Mecky, I live in south Charlotte off Providence. Where are you at?

Chus

Chus - and one more transplant to the Charlotte area with her heart in Spain! I'll send you a private email with how to reach me if you want to chat about Spain - or more appropriately - missing Spain!
