We found the DVD of this movie at Blockbuster today, and since it was about a young American in Pamplona for the running of the bulls, we had to see it.

What can I say? It was never shown in the theaters. It's awful - one of the worst movies I've ever seen. BUT - it was beautifully filmed in Pamplona and in the stunning Spanish countryside of Navarra and the Pyrenees region. I also got a kick out of watching awkward Americans thrown into Spanish society. What memories! That was very believable.

So if you're familiar with the topic of Americans in Spain and how they struggle to leave, or are thinking about heading to Spain and are wondering what it's like, or you love to see Northern Spanish scenery, it might be worth a rental. Just don't expect much from the script rolleyes , the acting, or the plot. (Wait ---- was there a plot? confused )
