Hi, I recently read a few posts having great comments for Hostal Meridiano in Granada, and I'm very much interested in making a reservation for this june. However, I'm having trouble understanding the spanish website. Can anyone help me?

the website is at Hostal Meridiano

price lists on their site..

double room with full bathroom 36euros
double room with sink 28 euros
single room with sink 18 euros

appareantly there are no singles with full bath.

It has 16 rooms and its located on Angulo Street #9

It also says that its on an old bldg which has been recently renovated, right by the cathedral, which means its a 5 minute walk to plaza nueva where you can catch the bus to the alhambra smile

Here's the Google translation (URL shortcut didn't work): http://216.239.39.104/translate_c?hl=en&u=http://www.meligrana.com/portal/detalles/hostal.asp%3Fid%3D1439055333%26cosa%3D3&prev=/search%3Fq%3D%2522hostal%2Bmeridiano%2522%26h l%3Den[/URL] %26lr%3D%26ie%3DUTF-8%26oe%3DUTF-8%26sa%3DG] . The "PUENTE DE MAYO" ("Bridge of May"), as explained by Torrales once, is a "long weekend," and they are "completo" (booked up).

Once again, I posted at about the same time as the above post, and didn't see it first!

Ok I went to the Engligh version of website and it won't let me click anywhere to make a reservation. The area u can click for asking for more information or requesting a reservation says the URL is broken. I really want to stay here. Any suggestions?

email them at hostalmeridiano@telefonica.net
or call/fax +34 958 25 05 44
they're multilingual so you can speak/write in english. very nice helpful people. i'd recommend the rooms on the first floor - nice original floor tiles, rooms a bit brighter. ask for an exterior (brighter but may be a bit noisier).
let me know if the email address doesn't work! kirsten@saboroso.com
