Just got back from Barcelona and would like to recommend the * easyInternetCafe * on La Rambla. Three hours for 2 Euros, high speed connection, camera and handset for internet phone. Open 24 hours with over 100 terminals.
Barcelona was great too! About 72F during the day and 68F in the evenings. Not too crowded, mostly French and German weekend tourists.
