While in Granada I recently stayed at Hotel Tilos and highly recommend it. It is located in Plaza Bib-Rambla overlooking the flower market. The room was large,clean and quiet with a very nice bathroom.

It is only 5 minutes walk from Plaza Nueva, where the Alhambra buses depart. Cost is just a little bit more than a hostal and worth every penny.
