Asterault - try and catch Part 3 in English as well. That way you can tell exactly when Anakin goes over to the Dark Side, as his accent will instantly change from American to British. Complex nuances like this are inevitably lost in the dubbing process.

What about the lakes where the cringe-inducing "love scenes" take place? Looked like the italian lake district to me (having been there once, I'm an expert!)

sorry Madridman! i hope this thread hasn't ruined the movie for you, but i have to chime in in accordance; overall the movie sucks.

i think Lucas should spend $100mil on a special movie that explains why phantom menace and attack of the clones were so *BAD*, that we all get to see for free.

basically these two movies were created for the sole purpose of *attempting* to fill in any lines that were left unspoken in the first 3.

seeing them dubbed in spanish would be more enterntainment than the movie itself! (also, i didn't recognize the sevilla scene because i've never been to sevilla... sob sob sob... )

Don't worry, it will be ruined more when you are in the theatre. Take a magazine for the first half.

I saw it in English, don't worry, I caught all of the fine subtleties. Maybe the dubbing actors were better though!
