This summer I spoke to many people in Spain about what will happen to the cost of real estate once the euro takes over. Most believe that prices will stabilize, and a few believe they may even continue to rise, although more slowly than they have been. I also heard that most people have already put their dinero B into real estate or have taken it out of the country, and that the demand for new housing is bigger than the dinero B issue.

In any case, it will be interesting to see what will happen.
