We're planning at trip to Madrid and were thinking of staying at the Los Jeronimos Aparthotel - does anyone know anything about this place?

I found out that their cancellation policy is to charge the equivalent of 3 nights if the resevations are canceled 15 days prior to arrival or no show. Does anybody know if there's contruction going on on c/ Moreto?
