Hi all,

I will be leaving Madrid for the US in the next month!

Can anyone help with the following:

1. Do I really have to replace all of my electronic equipment (sound system, microwave, tv) when I get to the US?
Does anyone know where one can find 220-110 voltage converters? Are they safe?

2. Does anyone know anyone who´d like to buy a used TV, microwave, sound system?

Cheers!

HI byemadrid! How sad you must be to have to leave Madrid! I'm sad for you! frown

I'm not sure about those electronics brought/used here in the US so I'll leave that question to the others.

Have you considered putting an ad in the www.SegundaMano.es paper, either online or paper edition? Or even posting a sign in the university areas? Might be worth a try. Good luck!

Saludos, MadridMan

The sound system will be fine with a voltage converter. The TV won't work.
