Hi all. Just back from NYC (you wonder why I've been so quiet, eh?!)... I took my committee to Marichu, the basque restaurant on 46th near 2nd over by the UN. YUMMM. the tapas were out of this world. Fun, intimate, very SPANISH restaurant. A neighborhood place. We got a special menu del dia for our 10 person group: tons of tapas (gambas al ajillo, tortilla, croquetas, etc etc), then a choice of filete, salmon, o paella de mariscos, then a sampling of 3 basque desserts.... $30 a head! (plus wine, tax, tip etc). I was pleased. I recommend it!
