I paid my Bancotel coupons with my VISA card here in the U.S.. Well, Bancotel wrote me back almost immediately that my charge was rejected I called VISA and they told me there was nothing wrong with my account, but since the company was in Spain and I was in Florida they assumed a stolen card scenario.
