I guess you are asking about Madrid - there are different cable operators in Spain.
Madritel is the cable company in Madrid but it still only covers few places. It's very likely that Madritel doesn't offer their services in your area.
Furthermore, I think you can get more channels if you hire digital satellite TV. Even the internet access they are offering through cable modems is a rip off. They charge you per second of connection or you can choose a flat rate but with a download limit in megabytes.
In my opinion, I would go for a digital satellite TV system. There are two:
Canal Satélite Digital and
Vía Digital . I think the former offers more channels, including Canal + in one of their offers.
Oops, I forgot to tell also about the digital terrestrial TV:
Quiero TV .
Note that you should be able to received several channels for free through a usual analogical satellite system (though everyday channels are moving to the systems where you have to pay).
