I want to get in contact with a good department store to purchase gift certificates for family members in Madrid. I've tried e-mailing two of them and have not received any response as yet. Surely somebody in Madrid would like to sell us some.

Have you tried El Corte Ingles? They have a website, perhaps you could go to atencion al cliente and ask? www.elcorteingles.es
