Does anybody know of a cooking school that gives lessons on a day to day basis? I´'m here for 10 days and I would like to take a few classes.

Alambique--a cooking store gives lessons that last a day or a few days. It's near the Opera metro stop.

I already checked el Ambique. It seems they aren´t offering lessons during July and August. Thanks anyway.
