Yes there is DSL in Spain. We are not THAT behind the rest of the world!

Info empleo is a good source to look for jobs. So is Segundamano- its a kind of newspaper and its also posted online: www.segundamano.es

Be careful with the jobs you look for anywhere though. Yes, its typical to send in a photo with your CV, you may not want one of the first things you advertise to be you are a 'blonde young looking' it makes it sound like you're looking for ANY kind of job, and not necessarily something, should we say legal. I know its probably not what you mean, that's why I'm mentioning it. You have to be careful, as there are people everywhere (I'm not just talking about Spain)that will try to trick a person wanting to go to a different country into a potentially dangerous situation.

Good luck for with the job search! And if you're looking for something to learn Spanish, I'd stay away from getting a job at the beach during the summer, you'll end up probably with mostly tourists and practicing more english than spanish! :o

I have 2x 2mb bonded DSL lines in my office here in Marbella.

Spain is waaaaaaayy ahead of many of the European countries when it comes to internet connections.

Even in the UK, they only offer 1mb lines and they think that is very fast.
