Anyone have any insights into this one? ( Parador de Córdoba ) How are the rooms? How is the food?

Its a very nice, very grand hotel the rooms are spacious and the facilities are excellent. The food is also very good. When we were there they had a buffet style evening meal and also a "carta gastronomico" which was a sample of the food of the region ( we tried it and it was excellent)

The only draw back to this hotel is that its not in the centre so it makes touring around the bars at night a little difficult!! - but is is just short taxi ride away.
