I cannot use my credit card for cash advances because I lost the PIN (they'll mail it again, but it won't arrive before I leave for Spain), so I'll have to use my ATM card. It supports PLUS, STAR, and INTERLINK. Will I be able to use it in Spain ?

I just came back from spain, went to Madrid and Barcelona. Fantastic trip....Yes you can use your ATM there, when there I used it a couple of times, you will get euros in return. (ex: I got 300.00 euros out, I payed about $329 us dollars, depends on the current rate). Happy traveling!!!

I have to remember to "Alert" my ATM/Bank and credit card companies that I'll be using these cards in Spain in April. I'd be rather upset if these things were "rejected" because they thought they were stolen and used abroad when in fact it was me all the time! I've NEVER had this happen in the past when I used them on previous trips but from some things I've read it seems to be a good precaution.
