I found a great place here in Madrid yesterday. It's a Cerverceria/Restaurante with a long bar where the aperitivos (free tapas) are brilliant.
The name is Puerto de Vigo and it's located on Calle/Ferraz,44 (close to Parque del Oeste and C/Princesa. As its name suggests, it serves Galician food and wines (amongst others). You may need to be confident in Spanish though to get past the hordes of locals patronising this place.
