In answer to your question Madridman, to be perfectly honest, nothing can quite replace the Horchata drunk in Spain. However,that said, the Horchata I buy here comes pretty darn close! Particularly when I am reading your board, I almost feel like I am "home"! At least the illusion is there.

p.s. I called La Tienda and their Horchata is on backorder, as soon as it is available I will buy some and experiment to see how well the package mix holds up to the real thing, and hope to report the results later!
