I'm building my private website dedicated to people who is looking for a different holiday ...so I'm seeking for something special that cannot be found in a travel agency ..
for example healthy farm-houses, private accommodation in pretty towns or small villages ....
also it would be good to know about events and seminars that are special around there but not jet enough to get the euopean attention...etc, etc, etc,

You might try searching on casas rurales. These are mostly farmhouse rentals. Or http://www.Galinor.es

I think some Travel Agencies 'book' those types of accomodations.
