Does anyone know anything about a small town in Andalucia, called Aracena? It's 1hr 30 min north of Seville. I'll be staying at a hotel called Finca Buen Vino for a week's cooking vacation and Aracena is the closest town. I'm wondering about the weather mid-November in that area and would like to know anything about that little town. Thanks a million.

Hi Andree, I just looked up Aracena in one of my books and came up with this. Your hotel is a 5 star in the center of a quiet town reknown for its cured ham. It is in the most remote and least visited part of Andalusia. There are ruins of a Moorish fort. Also caves and caverns with stalactites.Your hotel is on a hilltop in a nature preserve.Cordon Bleu cooking seems to be the specialty. The weather should be Mid to low 70s day and low 60s nite at this time of the year.
