Would you recommend traveling by bus or by train from Sevilla to Granada on 9 Nov 2003?

Iv never taken the train, but i can tell you that the bus was fast, cheap, and easy.

Is the bus ride sort of a "straight shot", or is it filled with winding roads? We have two in our family who are prone to car sickness, and I don't know if bus or train are better. Would prefer to take bus as it leaves more frequently.

I don't remember it being that bad (but then I was probably asleep most of the ride!)....but in my opinion you will be hard pressed to find many "straight shots" anywhere in southern spain. I was on quite a few cury bus rides last semester, but NOTHING can even compare to the ride up to the Alpujarras...I don't normally get car sick, but I needed a good nap to recover from that one .
If you do take the bus, try to get seats in the front. I found that most bus companies seat you in the order that you buy the tickets...so maybe buy them early and you can request the front.
