Sign Companies in Spain

I need information concerning sign companies that can manufacture and/or install sign in Spain.
I work as an estimator for one of the largest sign companies in America and one of my salesmen has a client that will need signs on about 168 location throughout your country. We are undecided weather to pass on this bid or go after it. Can you give me Siam general information concerning :
A. SIGN COMPANIES.
Major electric sign companies (sales over 2,000,000 (US) per year.
Manufactures of brass letters and plaques (sales over 200,00).
Sign Installers (various throughout Spain)
B. LOCAL CODES.
General information (cities over 200,000) on restrictions concerning size and height limitations, electrical codes and permit procedures.
C. ENGINEERING CODES.
Typical concrete foundations used and wind pressure or wind speed loading.

While I don't know anything about Spain's sign companies, you might try posting an indentical message in the soc.culture.spain newsgroup (in Spanish, if possible) and you may have more luck.
