Laptops

Do many people bring their own laptops? Can you bring in your own computer to an internet cafe? I was thinking of bringing my own laptop, would it be difficult for me to find a place to connect?

Are you planning on sending e-mail from Spain regarding your pilgrimage? If so, you may want to consider leaving the laptop at home and using cybercafés. Do a search and you can get info on pricing. It seems like most here feel that the prices are VERY cheap. Here's a list of albergues along the camino francés that have PCs available. May I recommend a palmtop?
