The 22nd annual Salon Internacional Club de Gourmets will be held in the Pabellón de Convenciones de la Casa de Campo from April 14 to April 17,2008. This is a very large show of all things relating to Spanish food.
I had the good fortune of attending last year as the guest of the Estrella Galicia brewing folks and had a great time. There are over 1300 exhibitors providing samples of food and drink.
If you will be in Madrid on those dates or are planning a trip and you like Spanish Food and wine, I would urge you to go. I hope to be there myself this year.
