I was wondering...I have traveled to south america and grew to love a wonderful pastry called orejas. Is it one that is popular in spain as well...and if it is (or if someone happens to have it) could they please give me the recipe! I have searched all over for it and have not been able to find it...but I find that I crave them sometimes! Please help me out here!

Yes, orejas are called "palmeras" in Spain. They are often coated with chocolate. Though I have to admit that I have always prefered the Latin American version.
