at the risk of being upsetting
i can say over here in the extreme climatic city of NYC(unlike your southcalif)yes up here in the NWEST we have a place in astoria ny where anybody can get colacao(35-15 crescent st corner of 35 av)
i buy it every now and then.
BUT sorry dude you have to get by plane to get here.

An international store called Jungle Jim's in Cincinnati has started selling Cola Cao and Cruzcampo and many other things. My friend Brenda lives in that area and has recently sent me a food gift from Spain that came from this store. Good news, if you live in that area.
