There is a very popular veggie macrobiotic restaurant on Amor de Dios, which borderd on one side by Calle de Atocha @Antón Martín & Calle de la Huertas on the other. It is called La Biotika.
Menu del Día runs 8€ and 9 on Sat/Sun and includes water de la casa, té, un postre, bread, and the meal. I love the place. The only "thing" is that the food seems to require a visit to the toilet not too long afterwards. Sorry, but I thought you should know.
But the food is great, esp. the arroz integral that seems to be each menu. Also, for dessert get the keffir (a runny plain yogurt). Add some honey and yummmmyyy!! (yogurt--> bathroom??? I don't know.
