Hey you Madrilenos (sorry, I can't write tildes). What is the dish "pista"? Can you describe the main ingredients?

Gracias.

Are you sure youīre not thinking about "Pisto" and not "pista" . If it IS pisto then itīs a variation on the French ratatouille . And would be using Zucchini ,pimientos , tomatoes , onions , garlic and even eggplant fried in olive oil . Itīs absolutely delicious with good bread . The combination of the juices from the tomatoes , the olive oil and onions really are very good . I think the ingredients and style vary from restaurant to restaurant ..
