pueblos blancos de Andalucia - 02/26/03 06:45 AM

Next winter I may have the luxury of spending up to a week in the pueblos blancos in Andalusia, travelling by car. I tend to like the offbeat and small in addition to the obvious sites. For example, in Segovia, I found most enchanting a monastery and in Salamanca the small bull fighting museum off of Plaza Mayor. What towns would you recommend, things to do, etc. in the pueblos blancos? Is a week too long? I've already been to Ronda years ago and would of course consider revisiting.

I recommend Grazalema and Cazorla. Especially Cazorla, which you can read about on other threads which I've posted on this board.

Hi,

Check out www.andalucia.com/villages/home.htm
It is all about the pueblos blancos and has a great deal of information to puruse. You can then decide what interests you.
