Are there any open air tour buses that make a circuit to all the important tourism sites in Madrid?
I'm thinking about doing something like this on the first day simply to get re-oriented. Then we'll spend the rest of trip walking and "metro-ing" to the sites.
I just love walking in European cities -- definitely the best way to get the real feel of the place.
I know that some cities have double decker, open air tour buses that make the rounds to all the top attractions in their cities. You can hop on and off the buses at each stop at will for a day.
