Barcelona Airport- Shuttle Service to Hotel?

I apologize if there is a topic for this already but I wasn't able to find a good answer for this when i searched for it.

Is there a shuttle service that will take me directly from the Barcelona airport to my hotel? I know there's a bus that goes to the city center, but I'd prefer something like Aerocity in Madrid.

Has anyone used anything like this in Barcelona?

Anyone know how much a cab would be otherwise? I'm probably going to the Born district.

I don't know of a shuttle service, but when I visited in December I just took the metro (train) from the airport. It connects with many of the lines and takes you right to the middle of the city. I think the price of the 1 way trip is 1.15euro. The train starts and ends at the airport. We stayed off Plaza Catalyuna which the train stopped at. Check their website for info:
Barcelona Metro You go all the way though the airport, then up and over the road to the station.

I know the metro would be the cheapest option. However, I also know that I will be with people who don't pack so lightly, so it's not going to be our best option.

I'd hate to take a taxi if there'sa much cheaper option.

Frecuencia: cada 30 minutos.
Precio billete: 1,05 €.

Línea 106. Plaza de España-Aeropuerto.
Paradas: Terminal B (frente al mural de Joan Miró y en la esquina de la Terminal B, junto al acceso al Bloque Técnico) y C.
Horario: salidas aeropuerto, a las 22:15, 23:35, 00:50, 2:05 y 3:20; salidas Plaza de España, a las 22:55, 00:10, 1:25, 2:40 y 3:50.
Precio billete: 1,05 €.
