You bet! The British website http://www.ViaMichelin.com has maps of all of Europe, From/To directions, distances, and much more!

Viamichelin is the BEST map site for the moment. I love it too.
You can browse all the published Michelin maps for free! And I can tell that these are the best maps of Europe.
