Madrid--Flying there from USA in September - 04/16/04 12:17 PM

Can anyone tell me (best guess or experience) the average price of a roundtrip ticket from Washington, DC to Madrid in September?

I want to go ahead and buy my ticket now but would hate to buy and realize I got a horrible deal.

Thank you. :-)

Aurora-

I too will be flying in September. Try Iberia's online site. I bought a non-stop roundtrip to Madrid for $609

I'd check with Orbitz and Expedia. My trip this summer, with a flight from Miami to Barcelona and a return from Madrid to Miami cost me $600.

Orbitz gave me the best prices for this trip...and the service fees, taxes, and cost of delivery of the paper ticket are all included within the $600 mentioned above.

Thanks! I just booked a ticket on Iberia.com for $560.67. It looked like too good a bargain to pass up since everything else I've seen was $740+

The don't offer non-stop flights from DC, but I can think of alot worse places to waste an hour or two than NYC. :-)
