Seville (area): Handicap Scooters?

Can anyone tell me or there are any used handicapped scooters for sale or rent in Seville ? Or in any place close to Seville like Cadiz or Huelva or along the coastline in any town or village, if so please let me know. Does anyone know a little apartment above a little showroom for rent anywhere in Andalucia ? Please let me know and it will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, sounds like the kind of thing you might find locally by checking with local bike shops or mechanics who would come across them now and then. You should also do a search and see if you can contact some kind of local organizations or clubs that deal with handicap issues, maybe even a local rehabilitation facility or even local hospitals that have people who deal with prosthetics.
