Have you ever seen the Callejero Fotografico at www.qdq.com ?

I just looked at it. That's a better site for cruising around Spain, city to city, for sure. (Though it had an English language icon, it didn't work.) I like the LaNetro site for cities, though--when you zoom away, it keeps all the street names. You can add a point reference ("star" it), and text to the map, and you can remove hotel, etc., icons when you print, so the map is cleaner--street names aren't printed over. You can also save your maps to a "Favorites" section. So the two sites complement each other nicely.

I just figured out the street "photo tours" you can take at the QDQ site for Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, and Valencia. (I'd looked at the "mapas" page first). Way too cool. Here's the direct start page: http://fotos.qdq.com/ Gracias for the tip!

Wow - el Dougo! This is very cool! i just looked up my old addresses in Madrid and couldn't believe that they had several photos of each building. Thanks for the trip back to Madrid!

this is excellent I have been to find pictures of three buildings that I lived in in madrid, barcelona and sevilla. Wow! for technology.
