I found a great site for cheap tickets, www.911fly.com

I purchased last minute tickets for $525-

Check it out for those toying with the idea of going last minute.

I'd say $525 for last minute or pre-booked tickets for Christmastime is pretty DARN good. Congratulations. Wish I could go too. My ladyfriend in Madrid keeps telling me, "I can't believe you're not going to be here for Christmas this year... frown frown frown "

Air Canada is running a great promotion for folks flying out of Canada to Madrid. Return from Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto are C$500=US$320 (taxes included) I got a couple of seats for Christmas. There are still some flights available for mid-late Jan but you better hurry!

He gave me a rate of $475- on Swiss Air but I booked the other flight first. Anyway I'm happy.
