bus routes

I am trying to figure out which buses to take in Spain this summer. I want to go--
*Bilbao-Barcelona
*Barcelona-Madrid
for sure, and possibly
*Madrid- Granada
*Sevilla-Madrid
Any suggestions or advice??? I am clueless about Spain's bus system:) Thanks!
