How does Microsoft's Virtual Earth Interactive SDK compare with Google Maps?

I just took a look at the Microsoft Virtual Earth program, loaded from my browser, and find it very similar - yet inferior - to Google Maps. I couldn't zoom in as closely as I can with Google Maps.

if you play around with it and get to where you want to and the go to birdseye view and zoom in you can even see people very clearly, i must admit it is more difficult to pinpoint an exact place but when you find it it superb view, i finaly found the bernbau in Madrid and the picture was spectaclar i shall have to spend more time looking at it to see if you can just put a post code/streetname in and it goes straight to it
to answer your question i do not know YET i shall have a right good look and give you my opinion

I just tried it. The MSN version has clearer photos of my area than Google Earth and a little bit closer zoom. However, it was slower loading.
